F25 hEARt Listens Highlights

As the semester begins to wrap up, we’re taking a moment to reflect on everything hEARt has accomplished to support wellness, strengthen community, and spark conversations that genuinely matter. It’s been a busy few months, but also some of our most meaningful.

One of our biggest milestones was launching a brand-new Outreach Committee. Working closely with our Outreach Director, this team took on the challenge of planning events that raise awareness and funds for hEARt while also inviting more students into our mission. From brainstorming outreach ideas to getting creative with promotions, our amazing Outreach Committee worked hard all semester to spread the word and make our presence felt across campus.

We’ve also kept up with our monthly Supporter Summits, which continue to be one of our favorite ways to connect and recharge. At our most recent summit, we spent time refreshing our skills through open, honest discussions before settling in with pizza, iced tea, and a few lighthearted games. It was the perfect blend of learning, bonding, and giving everyone a chance to breathe.

And the fun didn’t stop there. This semester we also hosted a club-wide social that brought together all of our members: general members, trainees, and supporters alike. It was a much-needed break in the middle of a hectic semester and a chance for everyone to destress, meet new people, and feel a little more grounded in the community we’re building.

This semester we also hosted our first ever Pie-In-The-Face fundraiser, which turned out to be a hilarious and memorable success. Thanks to the enthusiasm of our members and supporters, we raised over $30 for future hEARt Listens development. It was a fun way to bring people together while supporting a project we care deeply about.

As we wrap up the semester, we’re grateful for every conversation, event, and moment of connection that made these past few months so meaningful. Here’s to even more growth, community, and care next semester.
